At CBC Metal Art, we strive to provide exceptional service to our customers. Our processing, shipping and delivery policy is designed to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for all purchases made on our website. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied. Order Processing Time:
The general turnaround time for most products is 2-4 weeks (10-20 business days, excluding weekends and holidays), following payment confirmation. The reason for this amount of time is that each item is unique and customized.
Shipping Methods and Rates:
We provide standard shipping via USPS, UPS or FEDEX for all orders unless otherwise specified. The costs for shipping within the continental United States are included in the prices listed on our website.
Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional cost.
All of our items are quality checked before shipping and are shipped securely. However, in the rare case of receiving an item that is damaged or defective please contact us right away. Either call us at (727) 639-1520 or email cbcmetalart@yahoo.com to inform us. We will make sure that your order is received in new quality condition.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the status of your package using the provided tracking number.
Lost or Delayed Shipments:
In the rare event that a shipment is lost or delayed, please contact us for assistance. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Missing Packages:
If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and work with you to find a resolution.

Returns & Refunds Policy
At CBC Metal Art, we create high-quality metal artwork using the best materials. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied. When you are shopping with us, we want you to shop with confidence! We've built a reputation for providing premium service and reliability, as well as everyday value and a huge assortment of high-quality products.
Our metal and paints are long-lasting and weather-resistant. However, we cannot take responsibility for the care and treatment of our artwork once it is in the customer’s hands. Therefore, there is no warranty on the art pieces we create.
We do accept returns in the first 30 days after your purchase if the item is still in new condition. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The customer is responsible for any cost to return merchandise unless the product was defective or damaged during the delivery process. A full refund of the original purchase price will be issued.
Please note: Personalized items are final sale. They are not returnable nor refundable since they cannot be re-sold, unless the product or the personalization is defective.
Any returns must have a return authorization code before being sent back to us. Any package without a return authorization will not be accepted. Please email cbcmetalart@yahoo.com to obtain a return authorization code.

Any expedited shipping costs will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for any cost to return merchandise. CBC Metal Art will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items that you send.
If items are returned within 30 days in new condition a full refund (in the amount of the purchase price paid) will be provided. Please include a copy of your receipt with the returned item.
The refund will be processed within 7 days once the returned item is received at our facility. The refund will be automatically processed using the original payment method and you will receive confirmation via the email address indicated on the order.
